You agree that you will not:

- Republish any material from Brightpath Works applications

- Sell, lease, or sublicense any content

- Copy, duplicate, or reproduce any material

- Redistribute any content from the applications

These Terms become effective immediately upon your first use of the application.

 

User Content and Comments

Certain features of the application may allow users to submit, post, or exchange content, opinions, or information. Brightpath Works does not pre-screen, edit, or review such content before it becomes visible within the app.

All user-generated content reflects solely the opinions of the individual who posted it and does not represent the views or positions of Brightpath Works, its affiliates, or representatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightpath Works shall not be held liable for any user content or for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use, posting, or presence of such content within the application.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.

By posting content, you confirm that:

- You have the legal right and authority to share such content

- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

- Your content does not include unlawful, abusive, or offensive material

- Your content is not intended for unauthorized commercial or illegal activities

By submitting content, you grant Brightpath Works a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content across any media or formats.

 

Hyperlinking to Our App

The following entities may link to our applications without prior written approval:

- Government institutions

- Search engines

- News organizations

- Online directory services

- Accredited businesses (excluding certain non-profit and fundraising entities)

Any such links must:

- Not be misleading or deceptive

- Not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, or approval

- Be relevant within the context of the linking platform

We may also evaluate and approve link requests from:

- Consumer and business information platforms

- Community-based websites

- Associations and charitable organizations

- Online directories

- Internet portals

- Professional service providers and educational institutions

Approval will be granted if:

- The link does not negatively affect our reputation

- The requesting organization has no history of misconduct with us

- The link provides value and visibility to our services

- The link aligns with general informational use

Approved entities may link using:

- Our company name

- The direct application URL

- Any appropriate description relevant to our application

Unauthorized use of Brightpath Works branding, including logos or artwork, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

 

iFrames

You are not permitted to create frames or embed our application in a way that alters its appearance, layout, or presentation without our prior written approval.

 

Content Liability

We are not responsible for any content displayed on external platforms that link to our applications. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims arising from content hosted on your platform.

No links should appear on platforms containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of third-party rights.

 

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request the removal of any links to our applications at our discretion. Upon such request, you agree to promptly remove all relevant links.

We also reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our applications after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those updates.

 

Removal of Links from Our App
